Shaping Bursa’s innovative residential vision, Esenpark Evleri was constructed as one of the city’s pioneering projects, utilizing a raft foundation system and tunnel formwork technology. Rising along the developing residential axis of Yıldırım, the project comprises two blocks with a total of 88 three-bedroom apartments spanning 11 floors, opening the doors to a secure, modern, and healthy lifestyle. Launched in 2010 and completed in 2012, Esenpark Evleri came to life as peaceful homes for its residents.
As one of the early examples of Alkaş Yapı’s vision to develop sustainable, value-enhancing, and future-oriented projects, Esenpark Evleri was brought to life using the most advanced engineering techniques of its time, setting a new benchmark in residential living.
